So thanks to work, I may not have all the progress I want done by the first benchmark (Thursday). I did finish going through that Fatty Bird tutorial from the last post. It turned out to be a great guide on Objective-C and game development…. if you already know Objective-C and game development.
I’ve loaded my phone’s browser with links to more “learn Swift fast” and the like. By today I was supposed to already be working on final Photoshop Comps and begin playing around in Xcode. I’m not sure if that’s going to happen just yet, but I do have a feeling the basic Table Controller View that comes in Xcode will be fine for what I’m wanting to do, as long as I can change the colors.
On an unrelated note, I’ve started building http://wiki.anywaysoyeah.com. This’ll be my mindspace where I can review anything. Primarily movies and books (a place to keep the quotes I like from each) at the beginning will hopefully flesh out into reviews of everything from thoughts and philosophies to stories and archetypes. Until then… yeah. Blank wikimedia pages.
